VivreCRM services are designed for legitimate business operations and user-initiated communication. The Service does not support spam, abusive outreach, deceptive campaigns, or unsolicited mass messaging.

You agree not to use VivreCRM for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited activity, including spam, phishing, malware distribution, harassment, or content that violates applicable laws.

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. User Content and Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you send using VivreCRM. You are solely responsible for the content, recipients, and legality of all emails and messages sent.

VivreCRM does not review or endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for misuse of the Service.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled
• Billing information must remain accurate and current
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Pricing or plan changes will be communicated in advance where applicable

5. Intellectual Property

VivreCRM and its underlying technology, branding, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer the Service without authorization.

Your email content remains your property and is used only to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability and Limitations

VivreCRM strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may result in temporary service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VivreCRM is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. VivreCRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, email delivery delays, or service interruptions.

8. Suspension and Termination

VivreCRM may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws. Enforcement actions are proportional to the severity of the violation.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal or arbitral processes as permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
